I called the seller and they said any K or L is bad color. I did not order brown champagne diamonds, and they need to sell them as such.
They said follow the instructions to send them back.
I said you need to tell AMAZON.com that your colors for K and L are bad, since that is what SHE TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE. If you know they are bad, then tell the customer instead of wasting my time and money.
A great sale over Christmas time is what we expect, and not bad quality!

I contacted seller after I returned items, and they neglected to do anything.
I contacted Amazon twice, and I shall see if they credit my account.NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT AND IT IS NOW 2010 WHEN IT WAS ORDERED AND RETURNED BEFORE CHRISTMAS 2009!
If you sell chocolate brown diamonds, then you MUST SAY THEY ARE CHOCOLATE.

I finally decided to buy myself a pair of diamond earrings, and these looked like they would fit my needs well. They did take a while to arrive - about 2 weeks - but they were worth the wait!
+ pluses: beautiful, well-set, lots of sparkle!
- minuses: when they say "K" color minimum, they mean it! Mine are a Fancy Light Brownish Yellow - almost a Champagne, but darker. Still very beautiful, but not at all the "I" Near Colorless

Before you buy these earrings, check out the diamond rating k, I3. K isn't too bad for color, but I3 is the worst for clarity. If these things are not important to you, then these earrings would be fine. If you want good diamonds, you have to pay for them.
