I don't have a problem with the merchandise. My problem was the shipment. I ordered 2 pr of diamond earrings. I only received 1 pr. I called the company and they told me my 2nd pr would be in before Christmas. I didn't receive my earrings until a week after Christmas. Super Jeweler kept lying to me about my earrings. I was very discourage and frustrated.
